How Do I Request Information?
You may fill out the form and we will call you back right away, or if it is an urgent matter you may call us as our team is standing by to help.
What Information Would Be Helpful?
Usually we ask for any police report, and details or medical treatment received or planning to receive as a result of your injuries. If you do not have this information handy, you can still call us to discuss your matter.
What If It Was My Fault?
If the accident was your fault, unfortunately we will not be able to help you. We only work with victims of injuries that were due to other’s negligence.
What If I have no injuries?
Unfortunately if you are not injured, we cannot help you, as we only work with individuals who have suffered a physical injury.
What if the accident was weeks, months, or years ago?
That’s ok! We will discuss the statute of limitations with you, to see if the accident was recent enough for us to make a recovery on your behalf.
What Cost Is There?
There is NO cost unless we win your case! At which point we take a % from the proceeds. This is standard for personal injury firms.
